Arch Capital Group Ltd. (ACGL) has finalized the acquisition of Allianz Global Corporate Specialty (AGCS) through its subsidiary, Arch Insurance North America. This acquisition significantly strengthens Arch Insurance North America's presence in the middle market segment.
