What To Do If Your Amazon Prime Delivery Is Late

Amazon Prime Delivery Late? You May Be Eligible for a Free Month

What to Do If Your Amazon Prime Delivery Is Late

If your Amazon Prime delivery is late, you may be eligible for a free month of Amazon Prime. Here's what to do if your package doesn't arrive within two days:

1. Contact Customer Service

Within 30 days of the expected delivery date, contact Amazon Customer Service via live chat or phone. You can find the Contact Us page here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contact-us.

2. Check if Your Order Qualifies

To qualify for a late-delivery refund, your Amazon order must meet the following requirements:

  • The order was placed with Amazon Prime shipping.
  • The order was not delivered within the promised delivery window.
  • The order was not delivered due to a carrier delay or other issue beyond your control.

3. Report the Late Delivery

If your order meets the above requirements, report the late delivery to Amazon Customer Service. Provide them with the order number and the date the package was expected to arrive. You may also be asked to provide documentation of the late delivery, such as a tracking number or email confirmation.

Once you have reported the late delivery, Amazon will investigate and determine if you are eligible for a free month of Amazon Prime. If you are eligible, the free month will be automatically added to your account.
